Attorney Martin Kuhn has dedicated the entirety of his nearly 20 year-career to advancing the workplace rights of labor unions and individuals in labor and employment matters. Before founding Kuhn Law, Martin was a partner at two premier Milwaukee-area labor and employment law firms.
As both a union lawyer and an advocate for individual clients, Martin has fought tirelessly to preserve and expand protections for employees. His extensive litigation experience spans administrative agency matters, cases in the state and federal court systems, and arbitration proceedings.
Martin’s practice includes representing labor unions, with a particular emphasis on public sector first responder unions. He also advocates for individuals, handling workplace discrimination cases, restrictive covenants – including non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements – as well as severance and separation agreements.
Outside of work, Martin enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, coaching his kids’ sports teams, traveling, golfing and other recreational activities.
