I normally only take the time to write reviews when I have a negative experience in hopes to prevent the same from happening to others. In this case I had such a positive experience with Attorney Kuhn I chose to review him to encourage people to contact him. He is not your stereotypical attorney. Martin is a level-headed, straightforward guy who makes you feel like he is a part of your team. There were several times during my case when I had to face my employer and their attorney. Although this made me nervous I always walked out of our meetings feeling vindicated, due in large part to Attorney Kuhn’s professionalism, knowledge and impressively quick thinking. It’s a good feeling when you as an employee can afford better legal representation than large corporations which exactly what you get when you hire Martin Kuhn. Highly recommended. Attorney Martin Kuhn was very professional and delivered excellent results. I consulted with a couple of attorneys before hiring Attorney Kuhn. He was the one who I felt the most comfortable with on a personal level because he genuinely cared about my situation and my case. I did not feel like just another client or a number. Attorney Kuhn acknowledged the sensitivity associated with my case (I have a wife and children to support therefore I needed to be very cautious) and worked with me to come up with a way to approach my employer that I was comfortable with.
